After nearly a decade in tech at companies like Asana, Front, and Loom, I built deep expertise in workflow design and growth strategy.  I’ve consulted creative teams at Fortune 500 companies on improving productivity, partnered with everyone from individual contributors to C-suite leaders, and carried quotas exceeding $1M. This experience shaped how I think about scaling businesses with clarity and operational rigor.

When I pivoted into interiors, I attended design school and went on to manage the trade program at a high-end showroom. I supported designers through the ins and outs of made-to-order furniture, logistics, and vendor relationships. That’s where it clicked: designers were constantly weighed down by the operational side of running a business, leaving less time and energy for creative work.

 

I started Gard Consulting to change that.

I work alongside interior designers to help them reclaim their time and build a business that supports their creativity instead of stifling it.

 

Hiring full-time support isn't always feasible, but that doesn't mean you have to do it all alone. My role is to provide immediate relief in the day-to-day while keeping a strategic lens to align your operations with your long-term goals.
